This is a role with the responsabilty of processing inbound calls and email requests from all existing customers and assist them by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
. Customer service for our clients at domestic and international destinations.
. Creation and filling reports.
. Experience working within a Contact Centre or Sales enviroment.
. Commitment to giving excellent customer service and a confident telephone manner.
