The selected candidate will be responsible for: To be able to handle and direct automotive events requests, like car launches, sales training, press presentations and driving experiences.To be able to form, structure, lead and direct a team according to car events special requirements.To be able to handle the process of the event from the receipt of the request until the final invoicing: First briefing understanding of the client's requirements, prepare the professional proposal including quotation of all suppliers and fees involved in the proposal and negotiation and adaptation of the suppliers to the client's needs. During the event itself, to be able to direct and coordinate it, as a project leader.To handle and close efficiently the financial aspects of the event.Responsible for Automotive events department reporting to General direction.Maintain the team structure, back office and company standards.

Perfil del candidatoEconomics Bachelor, Business Administration or Tourism Degree or similarPerfect knowledge of German and English (Ideally mother tongue or with many years of country living). Good level of Spanish.At least 4 Years of experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager by leading automotive Events.
