As an Labour Relations and HR Services Advisor you will be responsible for issuing contracts and ensure all the documentation is correct when a new employee is recruited as well as creating the employee record on SAP HR. All new starters salary calculations performed by SAP HR (identified by running a report from SAP HR) are manually recalculated by an HR Services Advisor as part of the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy. Accountability will include daily work with RED and Contrata (INEM) systems, sickness & absence control, end of contracts and Tax control per employee. You will be first contact regarding Labour relations and in charge of resolving issues with trading: INEM, INSS and government agencies and Destination Managers/Heads of on employees life cycle.
