In Grupo Piñero we precise to incorporate for our Hotel Division, Bahía Príncipe Hotels & Resorts, a Loyalty & CRM Coordinator in our our headquarters located in Palma de Mallorca.
In dependance of the Loyalty Responsible of the company, the main objective is to coordinate the implementation of all the loyalty strategy B2C
The main tasks will be:
-Coordinate with the Loyalty Responsible of the company the implementation of all the loyalty strategy B2C that drives engagement, customer retention of the client that buys through Direct Channel, increasing its LTV.
-Coordinate with the Loyalty Responsible an accurate segmentation according to clients profile and their purchasing behavior through Direct Channel and at the hotels.
-Optimize customer lifecycle by creating user journeys, establishing message flows, launching triggered campaigns.
-Liaise with all key departments of the company, to gather the correct information to ensure the right enhancement of client database and guarantee its updates in accordance to the information provided through different mechanisms, including the current CRM of the company.
-Develop and deliver engaging content through e-marketing, coordinating its implementation, results and analysis with the Loyalty Responsible, Community Manager, the Corporate E-commerce Manager and Online Marketing Department.
-Benchmark, measure, and disseminate monthly and annual KPIs in order to coordinate with the Loyalty Responsible, the General Management and the E-Commerce Director the achievement of pre-determined goals.
-Possibility to coordinate and execute with the Commercial and Trade Marketing Departments the implementation of the current Loyalty Program B2B in other markets, reaching necessary know-how and acknowledgement to use during the B2C Loyalty Strategy definition and implementation.

En dependencia del Responsable de fidelización de la compañía, tendrá el objetivo principal de coordinar la aplicación de toda la estrategia de fidelización B2C.
Las funciones principales serán:
-Coordinar con el responsable de fidelización de la compañía la aplicación de toda la estrategia de fidelización B2C que impulsa el compromiso y retención del cliente que compra a través del Canal Directo, aumentando su LTV.
