We have Fixed Term Winter Working opportunities from November & December 2017 – March 2018 as Full Time Travel Advisors within our Palma Contact Centre. Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, our Travel Advisors are an essential part of our dedicated Sales Team within the Jet2holidays Contact Centre. Maximising all sales and revenue opportunities, you will sell products from our entire range in order to achieve your individual targets and KPIs. In addition, you will aid our customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of customer service and engagement from the moment they start talking to you.
