Joining TUI Destination Services as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be providing support to the business experts across TUI Destination Services in the definition of the requirements for the Management Information System and ensuring the design, construction and testing of the solution. You will be responsible for delivering high quality Business Intelligence solutions in accordance with agreed SLAs and budget as well as following and maintaining operational and control procedures. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be involved in specific Business Intelligence projects within TUI Destination Services such as detailed planning, issue & risk management. You will help the business experts in the definition of the Reporting & MIS requirements and support the definition of data standards in close collaboration with TUI Destination Services and other internal and external IT units. Furthermore you will be defining and evolving KPIs for each business area and ensuring the smooth integration with all external systems. Ultimately, you will be accountable for the on-going corrective and evaluative maintenance of the MIS solution, adhering to the incident and change management processes and for providing training and awareness on Business Intelligence to all users.
