Reporting into the Global Head of Learning and Development, you will lead and implement the online learning & operations e-training strategy. You will incorporate all aspects of learning for development and operations that includes including the environment and methods for people to learn. You will make sure that learning is available and delivered across a global environment, using multi- functional online and social media platforms to deliver learning. Therefore, you will operate alongside the regional L&D Managers and Business Partners to consult and provide advice and implementation for training solutions. Furthermore, you will work with external suppliers and bring new and innovative solutions to learning that reaches far beyond the normal ‘click’ and ‘learn’ approach.
You will develop and coordinate implementation of a number of on and offline learning solutions alongside the training calendar making sure that you deliver all training on time for the functions on time to operate successfully. This will include the coordination and support of compliance, systems training and employee inductions.
Moreover, you will hold responsibility of the Learning Management System and other Learning platforms within TUI Destination Services, making sure that the content is always up to date and that we have a robust administration system in place for tracking of learning. You will be required to be the ‘GoTo’ person for all administrational issues.
You will lead on the communication and implementation of the online skills and operational training that everyone understand what is available to them as an employee, what is mandatory and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs delivered by demonstrating the return of investment to TUI Destination Services.
