Requisitos: Requirements/Qualifications
·5+ years of experience in Insurance/Finance environment, Systems, Operations (claims/contact center) experience preferred.
·BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or other associated discipline.
·3 - 5+ years in Business Reporting and Analytical roles with excellent database skills; excellent proficiency in SQL, Excel, MS Access required; Experience with development on Oracle and SQL Server preferred.
·Strong background in designing & authoring reports/dashboards in COGNOS, Crystal, QlikView, or equivalent BI toolset preferred.
·Strong background and understanding of operational systems like Avaya, CUIC/Cisco, etc. for call centers, CRM for back-office and other inventory management systems preferred.
·Experience in managing a team across multiple sites preferred.
