This is an excellent time to join an expanding department, with an opportunity to grow into a more senior role. The Contract Associate will be responsible for the commercial relationship with sites involved in clinical trials including work from contract and amendment language, budget negotiation within the established timeline parameters. The Contract Associate is able to perform in a fast paced environment, able to create and reset priorities as the need arises, identify and raise issues before they become critical, and adjust quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization. Your main focus will be to support the legal counsel in managing the contractual process. You will be responsible for processing and completing investigator contracts as well as performing hospital site budget negotiations and maintaining status reports on all activities. You will be working on multiple projects at any one time in a lively, friendly environment.
