Requisitos: Required skills: - > 5 years experience managing international projects, preferable Offshore Projects - > 5 years managing a team of > 30 persons (developers, testers, Business Analysts) - > 5 years experience leading Software Development Projects based on Java and/or .NET - > 5 years experience in the areas of Risk Management, Quality Management, Test Management, Requirements Management, Financial Management (P&L responsible) -Track record of managing projects in time and budget -SCRUM certification and experience in managing agile development projects -Very good communication skills and problem solving attitude -Fluent in English, advanced in German (in order to comprehend German requirements and software developed in German language)
