Requisitos: - 5 years experience managing international projects, preferable Offshore Project - 5 years managing a team of > 30 persons (developers, testers, Business Analysts) - 5 years experience leading Software Development Projects based on Java and/or .NET - 5 years experience in the areas of Risk Management, Quality Management, Test Management, Requirements Management, Financial Management (P&L responsible) - Track record of managing projects in time and budget - SCRUM certification and experience in managing agile development projects - Very good communication skills and problem solving attitude - Fluent in English, advanced in German (in order to comprehend German requirements and software developed in German language). - Spanish nice to have.
