Reports to: QA Director
This institution, a Spain based financial services institution, and part of an international banking group, seeks a Certification and Problem Manager to grow, mature and maintain its certification and problem practices.
Under the supervision of the QA Director, the mission of the manager will be the definition, consolidation, evolution, monitoring, management, reporting and control of the standardization and certification process.
Duties and responsibilities:
Defining, monitoring, measuring and reviewing the processes in charge: certification, problem management and 3rd party certification [Open Apps].
Act as an evangelizer, helping to convince the organization about the benefits of the certification process, demonstrating those benefits with appropriate indicators (KPIs).
Provide vision and recommendation on evolution of processes in charge, based on good practices and previous experience.
Follow the standards to manage projects through the project lifecycle.
Assure all projects under supervision will be validated according the defined policy, accompanying certification and problem management executors in the process even assuring the exceptions are managed as defined.
Lead a small team and coordinate some external providers.
Manage the budget assigned: < 0,75M€
Concise, complete and on time reporting.
