Requisitos: Skills that will help you succeed: - Graduate in Computer Science (or equivalent). MS will be a plus. - More than 3 year experience working in BPM projects. - Fluency in English (at least C1 level). - Experience in business process modelling using BPMN, UML, and so on. - Experience working with BPM applications like TIBCO. - Valuable experience planning and developing business strategy projects in Banking Sector. - Exposure to Agile Methodologies. Soft Skills: - High communication capability. - Experience making presentations to internal or external clients. - High capacity for analysis and synthesis. - Costumer oriented. - Experience working in challenging environments. - Team oriented.
