Requisitos: Skills that will help you succeed: - Graduate in Computer Science (or equivalent). MS will be a plus. - More than 5 year experience working in J2EE projects. - Fluency in english (at least C1 level). - Deep experience in software development, infrastructure and systems integration. - Experience working with frameworks: Struts, Spring, Hibernate. - Experience with J2EE application servers: Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat. - Development tools knowledge: Eclipse Maven, Web Services, Junit. - Deep knowledge of Oracle databases. - Experience working with Agile Methodologies. Soft Skills: - High communication capability. - Experience managing teams. - Organizational skills and good ability planning team members tasks, responsibilities, etc. - Costumer oriented. - Initiative, flexibility, proactivity and responsibility. - Experience working in challenging environments.
