Inside Managers are expected to:
- Build and develop a high-performing including recruiting and hiring, performance management, account management, solution selling, modern tools, revenue maximization and career .
- Maximize revenue by critically assessing deal viability, participating directly in complex negotiations and solving conflict to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, the marketplace, competitor positioning, customer challenges and competitively positioning products and solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy and develop, align and execute 's strategy accordingly to meet account and territory goals.
- Actively manage 's actions to maximize opportunities with regard to quantity, quality, financial value and customer buying horizon.
- Accurately compile and communicate forecasts and progress against forecasts through disciplined, rigorous approach to evaluating and tracking opportunities.
- Be comfortable with and build strong relationships and credibility with client decision-makers whether in IT or the C-Suite.
