Requisitos: Education Preferred: · Requires a Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience. · Preferably logistics education. · Language: English and ideally 1-2 extra European languages. Experience: · At least 2-3 years` of experience gained in a similar position or within a Multinational Company. · Demonstrated high performance orientation, strong analytical skills, industry knowledge and sound judgment. · Must be able to influence senior management through well formulated business presentations. · Must have ability and willingness to work and lead a focused team within a matrix organization. Logistics Skills: · International Transportation knowledge with all modes of transports. · Knowledge of Dangerous Goods transportation for both bulk and packed materials. · Project management (multiple projects simultaneously). · Experience in sourcing and management of Logistics Providers (Carriers, Freight Forwarders, 3PLs).
