After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agent Supervisors in Resort to join our Team on part-time Fixed Term contracts.
Reporting to the Resort Flight Check In Manager, as the Passenger Service Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the supervision of the day to day operation and team performance. Through inspirational leadership and a natural passion for developing others you’ll lead and support the team to deliver high performance, whilst adhering to safety regulations. You’ll be an ambassador of our safety first culture, ensuring your Team drive the culture through every aspect of their work.
You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating others in a management or supervisory role with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
