Reporting to our in Resort Management Team, the Senior Overseas Rep will be responsible for leading and motivating a small Team of Overseas Reps. You and your team will deliver exceptionally friendly customer service from being present at the airport, to visiting our guests at their hotels, ensuring we create excellent memories of their holiday, so they come back to us time and time again. You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver a VIP service for our customers. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.
