• Performing all purchasing procedures, in compliance with quality assurance and financial restrictions. • Maintain supplier’s database. • Process purchase requirements, find appropriate suppliers, negotiate prices, generate and follow orders, control delivery times and material reception. • Investigate, work through and resolve quality issues with the suppliers. • Report KPI in order to improve main tasks (cost down, deviations in deliveries, inventory…) • Inventory maintenance and stock levels management to support the guaranteed stock program and assure overall supply for manufacturing. • Interact effectively with R&D, Production and Sales Departments in resolving technical issues and support to decision making.
