1. To proceed with standards and procedures of the Department. Guild of Professional English Butlers.
To provide hotel sheets and updated information to the different departments, being clear and precise of changes or updates
2. C/I y C/O in an efficient and professional manner.
3. Execution, modification or cancelation of reservations: Daily basis (Via phone, fax, internet suppliers, webs and CRS)
4. To guarantee total guest satisfaction for the guest before, during and after staying at Le Domaine. (To achieve satisfactory scores at Guest Comment Cards)
To solve and to anticipate all guests needs.
To know and to perfectly transmit to guests the product Le Domaine and tourist information.
Public relations
5. To open and close the front office cashier in each shift. Emergency Reports, billing, maintain stock of minibars, etc...
