Requisitos: * What we are looking for... * You have an Industrial Engineer Degree or similar, and have 2 to 3 years of similar experience in an industrial plant. * You have electronic maintenance, 5 S and Kaizen skills. Automation programming experience is a must. * Analytical thinking, effective decision making and great communication skill. * Native or professional level of English. You are able to have a fluent conversation in English. * You know who to create a good work environment to develop and coach teams. * Excellent project management skills, you have the ability to handle multiple work streams. * Advanced level user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
