Requisitos: Required Skills: · Fluent language skills in English, Portuguese or Chinese, written and oral. · Primary countries of responsibility: AMER, EMEA and ASPAC. · Demonstrate excellent communication and team building skills. · Excellent telephone skills. · Proactive. · Fundamental knowledge of accessing and navigating Internet web sites. · Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage time and prioritise work accordingly. · Enthusiastic & self-motivated. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT and Internet experience are all essential. · Cross team and cross country collaboration. · Cultural awareness and understanding as this position will be interacting with people from various countries and background. · This position requires a good understanding of the hospitality industry. · Particular emphasis on travel agency operations is extremely beneficial.
