- Shape a product and bring it to life.
- Increase customer satisfaction and achieve revenue.
CORE TASKS - DEFINE PRODUCT VISION, STRATEGY & ROADMAP:
- Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap of a product in close cooperation with your product team and the product portfolio management.
- Strong representation of business success factors for a successful product.
- Responsibility to drive innovation in your product area.
- Build and maintain an understanding for the market and the competition and transfer this know-how to your team.
- Central contact person for your product to all stakeholders (e.g. sales, project management, customer service).
- Handle product requirements and feature requests from existing and potential customers.
- Make all final product related decisions together with your team and communicate them.
- Explore and validate the desirability, feasibility and viability of product features, assumptions and innovations.
REALIZE MARKET SUCCESS:
- Overall responsibility for go-to-market strategy and rollout of your product.
- Responsibility to align our software product and our "success as a service" portfolio under one hood.
- Representation of your product to the market and customers.
GENERAL:
- Responsibility for the product success including customer satisfaction (NPS) and profit & loss.
- Being the "sponsor" of the "technical product lead" (SCRUM Product Owner) and the development team.
- Close cooperation with the product owner and our UX department.
- Following a "user centric design" culture and therefore representing the user and customer perspective.
- Meet customers regularly and drive scouting initiatives for new product features together with UX.
