Requisitos: Key Competencies * University degreee in Engineering * 5 years of experience in a similar role * IT skills (advanced excel, word, power point) * High level of English (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are an advantage * Proven skills in continuous improvement methods and tools (5s, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, others) * Ability to lead improvement projects and experience in running multi-function teams effectively * Ability to train people, at all levels. * Great communication skills (able to give presentations, coordinate events and activities)
