Our client is a market leader in providing security solutions in retail stores for merchandise. With their innovative devices they improve the customers´ shopping experience and protect the retail sector from shoplifters.
Part of the Customer Service team in one of their offices in the surroundings of Barcelona (Terrassa), your responsibilities as a Logistics and Purchase Assistant will be:
- Planning of the installations and services of the company
- Managing the installation processes with technicians and subcontractors
- Receiving orders from clients, releasing material and controlling the status of the orders
- Establishing and maintaining contact with clients, installations technicians and sales representatives
- Preparing the documents for billing
- Entering all the data into the CRM system (SAP)
