Our client is a market leader in providing security solutions in retail stores for merchandise. With their innovative devices they improve the customers´ shopping experience and protect the retail sector from shoplifters.
Part of the Customer Service team in one of their offices in the surroundings of Barcelona (Terrassa), your responsibilities as an Order Manager will be:
- Receiving orders from clients
- Managing incoming orders
- Reviewing and controlling the status of all orders
- Preparing the documents for billing
- Entering all the data into the CRM system (SAP)
