Our client is a market leader in providing security solutions in retail stores for merchandise. With their innovative devices they improve the customers´ shopping experience and protect the retail sector from shoplifters.
Part of the Customer Service team in one of their offices in the surroundings of Barcelona (Terrassa), your responsibilities as a Planning and Logistics Coordinator will be:
- Setting an installation date with your clients and planning the installation procedure
- Keep in contact with your customers, the Sales department and Field service
- Managing the installation and reinstallation with your technicians and subcontractors
- Receiving return orders from clients, releasing material and controlling the status of the return orders
- Establishing and maintaining contact with clients, installations technicians and sales representatives
- Preparing the documents for billing
- Entering all the data into the CRM system (SAP)
