For our R&D dry mortar and liquid products activities at our headquarter in Ulm/Germany we are currently looking for a dynamic Chemical engineer / Master of Science / Bachelor of Science (m/f) preferably with experience in the field of construction chemistry. YOUR DUTIES IN OUR R&D LABS: - Self-dependent development of high-quality dry mortar products in the field of cement based levelling compounds, screeds and tile installation systems or self dependent development of high-quality dispersion based and 1- and 2-K- resin based adhesives and products in the field of floor, parquet and tile installation systems for our professional customers. - Test of your development results following international standards and directives, as well as following application criteria on jobsites. - Have part throughout the development process from customer requirements until product launch in close cooperation with the technical department, production, product management and marketing. - Assistance in the coordination of our international development projects and harmonization of our worldwide production quality. - Investigation of new raw materials and their implementation. - Evaluation of market activities by comparison of products and raw materials.
