Requisitos:  Minimum of three to five years of experience in software maintenance and support in IT environments;  Minimum High school diploma;  Excellent knowledge of either SharePoint or MS SQL is essential.  Good working knowledge of client/server applications in a Windows environment and at least two of the following: SharePoint, MSSQL, Windows server, MySQL, RedHat Linux, Business Objects, BizTalk, MSSCOM, IIS, .NET applications, PowerShell, Drupal;  Preferably two or more years of experience administering SharePoint or MS SQL server;  Certifications and advanced training in above mentioned skills are desirable;  Experience in configuration management for software applications and in utilizing reporting tools;  Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and processes;  Very good knowledge of English (both written and verbal) is required
