Essential:
· Fluent Spanish and English language skills,
· Sales on the phone experience
· Minimum of 1 year working within a sales environment
· Positive attitude person, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
· Has good knowledge of a range of techniques for seizing long-term opportunities to entangle the customer with a complex mix of products and services across their business.
· Has strong analytical skills and ability to report on findings and outputs
Desired:
· Bachelor or Master degree in business economics / Telecomunications
· Further language mastery a plus
· Possesses advanced techniques for assessing future potential of accounts through Advanced Solution Selling.
· Possesses excellent objection handling techniques when dealing with issues or barriers from customers.
· Experience of mobile Telecoms and IT solutions.
· An understanding of multi-national account buying criteria
