Requisitos: · ITIL V3 Foundation certificate (mandatory certificate in force).
· Cisco CCNA certificate (mandatory certificate in force).
· Minimum level of English B2 or equivalent (certificate desirable).
· Basic knowledge of satellite communication and voice technologies (desirable).
· At least secondary school education or equivalent.
· Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes.
· Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
· Experience network monitoring tools.
· Experience with service and user support in Help Desk and network/data centres (desirable 5 years).
