· At least secondary school education or equivalent.
· Specialized training in IT, preferably with diploma.
· Basic knowledge of satellite communication and voice technologies.
· Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes.
· Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
· CCNA certificate
Experience:
· Experience network monitoring tools.
· Experience with service and user support in Help Desk and network/data centres.
