As a Technical Support Engineer you will join an existing international team that is responsible for customers across Europe.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Communicating with clients via phone and e-mail
- Troubleshooting simple to complex network problems.
- Resolving incidents emanating from the business via the Service Desk
- Ensuring that customers systems achieve high levels of availability and reliability
