As manager of the area the selected candidate will do the following functions: Lead and manage a team to complete the defined standards in Safety, Quality, and Productivity Use on a daily basis the required leading edge management tools such as Lean Concepts, Standardized work, 5S. Develop, coordinate, and motivate the production and maintenance team ( between 25 -45 production workers). Take complete ownership of the work area to achieve the stated goals of the department optimizing the available resources
