KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to support customers of our client.
- Understand and make decisions according to the defined Client Policies and Procedures.
- Familiarize with or be interested in media products as defined by the client (Music, TV Shows, Places, Books, Authors etc.).
- Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Identify inefficiencies/ improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions.
- Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams.
