Requisitos: You do not need previous domiciliary care experience as the client provides a fully paid induction as well as constant career development. Due to the nature of the role candidates must have a driving license. Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. The requirements to apply are a good level of English, vocation to work as a domiciliary carer, car driver and commit to work 48 hours per week. The company offers Up to 14 weeks accommodation at a total cost of 75 pounds per week. The first week is free of charge Car for the first 14 weeks at a subsidised cost of 5 pounds per day. It includes all costs. Company provides fuel card and gives a millage contribution of 20p per mile Fully paid induction training at a rate of 7.20 pounds per hour. The initial induction consists of a period of classroom based education together with community based training with an experienced college. There is also ongoing training provided including enrolment into QCR Level 2 in Health and Social Care The salary is paid by contact time with service users starting at 7.25 pounds per hour during the weekdays and 8.00 pounds per hour at Weekends Gross monthly salary after induction should be in the region of 1600 to 2000 pounds before deductions.
