As our Publisher Manager in Malta, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business around the world, you’ll work with a fantastic international team, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence. What part will you play? As a Publisher Manager you will be responsible for prospecting and growing the network of Spain based publishers working with Linicom. A successful candidate will bring a proven background in acquiring new business and will have strong and demonstrable skills in cold calling, sales pitches and general business development. You will then monitor, optimize and incubate these new relationships to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients. Every day, you will: Prospect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests. * Secure new publishers by contacting small – medium size publishers, networks and other inventory sources with a view to securing access to high value, high performing inventory * Meet or exceed market growth goals by managing your pipeline and live accounts in accordance with the standards expected at Linicom * Tracking campaign performance and ensuring timely optimization of all campaigns * Contribute to building the Linicom brand and community in your Market * Where applicable liaise with international colleagues for pan European/ global deals * Prospect, evaluate, onboard and support mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies * Pursue both individual and team sales goals * Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues * Develop client relationships at all levels, from CMO to Brand Managers * Work closely with our technical team to launch campaigns * Closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game * Analyze data and use it to effectively generate business * Enjoy Malta multicultural environment and lovely weather. * Apply sunscreen
