The main mission of the Station Manager will be to ensure the station delivers excellent levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profitability at all times. The Station Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. JOB REQUIRIMENTS: -Customer and Service orientated apprenticeship. -Previous experience in the Customer Service area. -Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good Customer Service. -Previous managerial experience within the Car Rental sector. -Ability to adapt in a fast moving environment. -Good command in Spanish and English. Any additional language (German, French or Russian) a plus. -Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays on a 40-hour week basis on a flexible changing schedule. -Willing to wear company uniforms. -Must have good organizational skill.
