Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting female domiciliary carers to work in Bedfordshire (Luton and Dunstable) and Chesham Buckinghamshire. Our client has been providing domiciliary care services for over 20 years. The company has been awarded new contracts and for that reason they need to recruit caring and compassionate domiciliary carers. We are looking to recruit 20 domiciliary carers. You don’t need previous domiciliary care experience as the client provides a fully paid induction as well as constant career development. Due to the nature of the role candidates must have a driving license. Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Location details: These vacancies are located in London Luton and Dunstable in Bedfordshire and Chesham in Buckinghamshire. Very good tranport links to central London and major London airports with Luton being the nearest airport. Salary and benefits: The company offers: -Up to 14 weeks accommodation at a cost of £75 per week. The first week is free of charge. Company can also provide assistance with a loan for finding permanent accommodation -Car for the first 14 weeks at a subsidised cost of £5 per day. It includes all costs. Company provides fuel card and gives a millage contribution of 20p per mile -Fully paid induction training at a rate of £7.50 per hour. The initial induction consists of a period of classroom based education together with community based training with an experienced colleague. There is also ongoing training provided including enrolment into QCR Level 2 in Health and Social Care -Hourly salary of £8.25 Monday to Sunday -Paid travel time -Gross monthly salary after induction should be in the region of £1600 – £2000 before deductions. Tax depends on the individual but is typically around 11% of gross pay. National Insurance is around 5%. -Possibility of doing extra hours -Shifts usually from 7-2pm 3-6pm 6-10pm. -Airport meet and greet on arrival The requirements to apply are: -Good level of English -Vocation to work as a domiciliary carer -Commit to 48 hours working per week. The average cost of a room in the Bedfordshire area is currently between £300 and £500 per month inclusive of bills. You will be able to use the company´s office to search for permanent accommodation and to acquire a second hand car.
