Devour Spain SL is looking for a passionate, energetic, responsible, and highly-detailed oriented person to coordinate the operations of Devour Granada Food Tours. This includes ensuring that Devour Granada Food Tour’s tours operate smoothly and effectively, liaising efficiently and empathetically with clients and guides, and working creatively and efficiently to build compelling gastronomic experiences in Granada. The successful candidate will: * Ensure the smooth and efficient running of our tours in Granada * Have a fun, outgoing, energetic personality to successfully lead our Granada tours on a regular basis * Liaise with tour vendors in Granada to ensure smooth operations and mutual satisfaction * Coordinate the tour guide schedule and calendar, as well as coordinate monthly guide meetings and periodic training sessions * Update new bookings and notify guides of tour specific adjustments * Hire, train and evaluate new guides * Contribute SEO focused content to the Devour Granada Food Tours blog on a weekly basis * Work with the Devour Spain community manager to run the Devour Granada Food Tours Twitter and Instagram accounts, and Facebook page * Design and improve our delicious, fun and interesting gastronomic experiences in Granada What we offer… * A full time contract based in Granada (working from your home/remote). * The opportunity to join a smart, driven and fun nationwide team of people who are passionate about Spain and its food, people and traditions, and about sharing that passion with our clients.
