The ultra-chic Miami-inspired Portals Hills Boutique Hotel in Puerto Portals, 5 stars luxury hotel is currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks: Detailed Responsibilities:  *Direct and coordinate company sales functions  *Provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals  *Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential  *Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the hotel  *Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers and clients  *Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business for the hotel  Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results  Represent and promote the hotel at various community and/or business meetings  Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors  Develop and conduct sales campaigns
