Reporting to the GM - HR Operations (Overseas) and based at Murcia (MJV) or Alicante (ALC) Airport, the Payroll Co-ordinator (Overseas) is responsible for ensuring multi-country payroll is made on time and accurately across the Overseas network

You will be responsible for maintaining payroll cycle processes across the Overseas network to ensure payroll is made accurately and on time every month through our Payroll Provider (ADP), ensuring collation and control of payroll variable inputs and outputs across 6 countries. You will also deliver, on time and in the correct format, through the Streamline Payroll Management (SPM) platform all payroll information to the Pan European Payroll Provider (ADP) in accordance with pre-agreed calendars. The monthly reporting to the Finance Team and the uploading and delivery of payroll files to the UK Treasury Team accurately and on time to ensure payroll is made on time is vital to the success of this role.

In addition, you will manage payments of Social Security and Taxes and guarantee they are made in compliance with local requirements and ensure all joiners/leavers and other statutory communications (e.g Absences, Change in hours, Sickness) are compliant across the network.

To be a success in this role you will keep up to date with Government legislation in respect of income tax/national insurance legislation relevant to payroll across the Overseas network.

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a multi-country external/internal payroll managerial environment with over 1,000 colleagues, and staff supervision skills. You will have strong IT Skills (MS Office) and be educated to degree level or IPPM qualification or European equivalent. English and Spanish language skills are essential, with any other European language skills highly desirable. Any experience with ADP SPM (Streamline) is also highly desirable.
