For their Implants Business Unit, they are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to give customer support to the Spanish and Portuguese markets from their Barcelona offices. As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: -Responding to customers regarding products and prices via telephone, email, and fax -Managing customer orders, refunds, questions and issues -Sending information and samples to clients -Liaising with the Sales Department and offering support to sales delegates -Liaising with the Finance Department regarding failed payments -Creating estimates and following up with clients
