Regional Compliance Investigations Director (m/f) Europe

This is what you can look forward to:

• Overall management of the regional investigations docket;
• Conducting and managing compliance investigations in the region and working with multiple stakeholders, including market and regional leadership, Government Litigations and other senior Legal Division colleagues, local and U.S. external legal counsel, as well as internal and external auditors, on these matters;
• Providing guidance and partnering closely with country and regional leadership teams, Proactive Compliance leads and other stakeholders to remediate issues identified in investigations and ensure risks are appropriately assessed;
• Identify and report on risk areas and their impact on the Pfizer business locally and globally to senior leadership; influencing leaders to continue embedding compliance as a critical aspect of their organization's culture;
• Partnering with Compliance colleagues and business leaders to develop and execute strategies to ensure colleagues' awareness and compliance with systems and processes for reporting and resolving compliance issues;
• Managing queries/complaints received through the EU whistleblower hotline
