As director of food & Beverage you will be responsible for the management and review of all aspects of the operation including our people , standards implementations, guest service satisfaction and revenue. You will be responsible for the creation, management and fulfilment of your division´s budgets and forcasts in conjuctions with the individual outlet managers. In addition, you will focus on maximising the profitability of all food and beverage outlets, whilst initiating new concepts and ideas. You will aslo be responsible for managing the completion of annual reviews and evaluating annual food & beverage departamental objectives. Lead a large team of around 35 in intuitive and creative service. Training and performance management.
