YOUR TASKS: Represent the KHS Innopack Kisters series vis-à-vis colleagues from sales and project management departments Support the sales units during bid phases with regard to technical solutions, machine configurations, pre-calculations, and technical specifications Clarify order details concerning deadlines, technology, customer specifications, etc. in cooperation with sales, project management, and design departments Check project feasibility and risks from a technical perspective Take part in planning adequate factory hall layouts to include packaging machinery Organize customer orders and see them through from initial talks up to pre-delivery inspection (PDI) Create and give global customer-specific presentations and provide product trainings for sales employees Provide and coordinate data on customers and machines in CRM and configuration programs Manage projects regarding specific single machine orders (given suitability and interest).
