Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Airport Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Airport based Reps to deliver VIP customer service at all times. You will plan your Reps rosters to ensure they are on hand at the airport to ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to their resort on arrival and at the end of their holiday, greet our customers as they arrive safely back at the airport to return to the UK to book with us time and time again. You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our transfer agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.
