Requisitos: Characteristics which we are looking for: ¿ You must be highly motivated, with leadership skills, competitive and focused. You must also be energetic, assertive, and able to easily handle rejection. ¿ You are self-starter, continuously thinking how to improve existing processes, doing things better and not holding by preset boundaries. ¿ Highly organized, with good attention to details and follow up ¿ You must have 2-3 years of experience in managing mass debt collection process. ¿ Ability to work under time pressure ¿ Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
