Requisitos: QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Professional qualifications or equivalent Degree in Culinary Arts/ Catering / Food & Beverages. LANGUAGES REQUIRED Advanced knowledge of English. Knowledge of German also desirable. IT SKILLS Good IT skills required and knowledge of restaurant software programmes. WORK EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 6 months/1 year work experience as a waiter/waitress in a 4-Star hotel or higher. TECHNICAL SKILLS Training in Sanitary, Safe Work and Food Standards. Resident in or around Marbella. FIXED SALARY + VARIABLE (Large commissions on sales).
