The sales Manager we are looking will be based in Málaga and will be responsible for the sales of hotel rooms for our two properties located there. The position reports to the Sales Director who will be based in Portugal.

This position will be responsible for account management, developing strategic account plans, QBRs, RFPS, communicating brand differentiation through brand programs, agency events, roadshows, tradeshows, B2B marketing and other sales activity.

Primary responsabilities:Sales Calls/ Revenue & Market share growthImplement Strategy plan for porfolio of Accounts in order to meet/ or exceed revenue/ market share goals.Business travel to Account portfolio, QBR´s, Tradeshows, Fam Trips and internal meetings where necessary.Orchestration of accoun plans and collaborating with Corporate Directors to drive production and revenue to both group and Agency segments.Able to work independently and makes decisions based on established policies and procedures.Champions new and need hotels, with structured Action Plan as a lead with Directors to ensure hotel is on track to receive its desired revenue goals.Supports/ leads/ coordinates tradeshows, events, appreciation events, brand initiatives, travel agency program and other sales tactics. Collaborates with the Hotel Sales Force and other business functions to successfully implement these activities.communicates and promotes Hotel´s brand differentiation and brand essence to the market.

Perfil del candidatoExperience of 8-10 years in the same position.High level of English and SpanishStrong Knowledge and command of Lanyon ( RFPs) where applicableProficient in Social Media, Excel, Word. Power Point and Outlook.Excellent organizational skills.Strong client relationships.Must be adaptable and a team player.Some travel required.
